I had my hair chemically straightened on Dec 5,(using Rusk straightener if that matters) it turned out amazing, no brakage, my hairs not dry, very few split ends..... But anyways, I had dyed my hair about week prior. During the process, my hair did get discoloured, with some ashy patches and streaks, can I use a permanent colour? Is it ok to use one with ammonia?
Thanks!
Chemical hair straightening and colouring hair????
since you chemically sgtriaghtened you hair it is VERY VERY important that if you want to dye your hair to go to the salon. the dyes they use is more friendly for the hair compared to the store's, which are just cheap chemicals.
ALSO, ammonia is a nono.. lol. seriously!! since you chemically dyed your hair if you want to dye it a lighter color it will, unfortunately it will damage you hair, salon or not. why? special chemicals are needed to achieve a lighter color.
dye it darker- it would damage your hair (becuase you dont need those certain chemicals).
