i guess it really depends on where you live. i know that a lot of places do it. if you happen to live in wudaokou go to the salon called punk. it's across the street from the mcdonalds that sits on the corner of hua qing jia yuan apartments (the big pink ones right off of the wudaokou light rail stop).

Beijing is full of high end and lower class salons.I would suggest you go to Toni %26amp; Guy they are professionals and know their job well,their outlets are scattered all over beijing but the one on Liangma lu is quite good one.
