Do you use anything on your hair after straightening?

After I have straightened my hair I always have to put some hairspray on my hair before going out to stop it being frizzy at the roots, is there anything else I can use that will stop this? I have tried frizz ease and other serums and they don't work for me. I saw an advert for a vo5 range with anna friel I think its called air something would this be any good, as the hairspary makes my hair feel dry though I only use a small ammount.

please do not use hairsray its ment to be for holding hair.

I would never use hairspray on my hair in a million years, it makes hair stiff and glue like. I like my hair to be soft and smooth!

If you want your hair to stop being frizzy, invest in a leave in conditioner and a good shine spray from a hair salon and not from a chemist or supermarket.

i wouldn't use anything on my hair after straightening it.........but some pointers for getting your hair well straightened it to only straighten little bits at a time.......and dont run your fingers through your hair straight after wait until it has cooled down before running your fingers through your hair......hope i helped :)

Well I have curly hair and just love love love the look of straightened hair. So when I straighten mine it turns out to be a bit frizzy also. So coming from a total experienced person the product I'd definentley recommend is BioSilk. True it is a serum BUT it makes your hair sleek and smooth and not at all oily or dry. Just a note hairspray is horrible to put in your hair when you plan on straightening. Not to blame you I've done it before too. Oh and you can find the product almost everywhere ( Sally's, Trade Secret, ect.).

Well, you're kinda ruining the effect of the straightening by applying a wet product to your hair AFTERWARDS.

If you want your hair to stay straight after you straighten it, you need to apply the product BEFORE you straighten.
