Chemical hair straightening..plz look!!?

So i have an appointment to get my hair chemically straightend. My hair is wavy-ish right now. She said ill still have ti iron it after which i dont mind... but is this really going to straighten it? or will it still have waves?

but when your new hair grows out they'll be wavy.

so you'll be having wavy roots with straight ends.

but you cant change the way your hair grows

your new growth will still be wavy %26amp; u will have to get it re-done every couple months or so

well, it will straighten it but its better if you go to a hair salon and get this straightner called the: chi. it really straigntens your hair but the way it works it has a certain type of material taht wont fry your hair when you use it. that way you can not have to permenetly damage your hair by getting it chemically done.

If you have extremely curly hair then the chances of it getting totally straight are slim, almost impossible to get anyones hair completely straight. It will be much easier to get it straight with a blow dryer, and if you want it it sleek the flat iron will do wonders!

i had chemical hair straightening

nearly every 3 years or so..

it will stay straight for about 6 months..

it can differ of how wavy ur hair is...

mine stayed straight quite for a long time..

Well as far as i know.. The chemical needs to be quite strong and of good quality obvious.. My daughter did it 2 years ago, she had really wavy and frizzy hair.. and when she straightened it (chemically) it was nice smooth AND STRAIGHT for 1 and a half year..You do get bad split ends but trim your hair a lil bit every month.. If you're in good hands then your hair won' get jagged up .. My daughter was luckyy .. telll your stylist to condition your hair thoroughly before they put those chemicals on you hair..
