What is a good hair product for damaged hair from dye and straightening?

I've been coloring my hair a lot lately. I did it 2 times within a month apart. Then also this weekend I got it colored. I decided to add highlights myself, and the first time it didnt work so I did it a second time which REALLY worked. =P I've been straightening my hair a lot lately which isn't putting it in really good shape.

Anybody have any advice? I'm planning on doing this deep conditioning stuff from Longs Drugs.

Anyone know of any good hair products, shampoos, conditioners, ect.

Biologue products are highly recommended by my stylist, she uses that on me. I also have highlights and flat iron my hair a lot. Do a deep conditioner every month and also use a heat protecting spray prior to blow drying and flat ironing.

When you blow dry or straighten your hair, you need to use a heat defense kind of creme. And your hair is probably very dry. Anything from RUSK is really good.

there is a flat iron protector and one called "split mender"

i use both and my hair is GREAT now

i also switched to the Dove Therapy shampoo and conditioner for damaged hair.

I use moisture shampoo,+leave in conditioner.Works well.But if you have oily hair you may want to just use the leave in conditioner.
